You retain full ownership of all text content you submit to the App. We do not store or retain your text content after processing. The corrected/translated text is provided to you in real-time and not retained on our servers.

Grammar AI is provided free of charge with no subscription fees or in-app purchases.

8.2 Future Premium Features​

Future versions may include premium features with associated costs, subject to separate terms.

9. Service Availability​

9.1 No Guarantee​

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability of the service
  • 100% accurate grammar correction or translation
  • Compatibility with all devices
  • Uninterrupted service availability

9.2 Maintenance and Updates​

We may:

  • Perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service
  • Update the App with new features or security patches
  • Modify or discontinue features with notice

10. Limitation of Liability​

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties​

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING:

  • ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF GRAMMAR CORRECTIONS OR TRANSLATIONS

10.2 Limitation of Damages​

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • LOSS OF DATA OR DEVICE DAMAGE

  • RELIANCE ON APP OUTPUT FOR CRITICAL DECISIONS

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Content you submit to the App

12. Termination​

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by:

  • Following in-app termination procedures

12.2 Termination by Us​

We may terminate or suspend your access if:

  • Your use poses safety risks

Upon termination:
